The portal uses assistive screen reader technology to support access for people with visual impairment, learning disability, and those who may have lower literacy skills.

Service users will be able to access the portal from their mobile devices and laptop or desktops (with support for all main browsers, including but not limited to Microsoft Internet Explorer v11, Google Chrome and Firefox). The portal uses responsive design, which means that on mobile devices the pages will automatically adjust for the screen size and service users can zoom in or out to adjust the page size.
