Clinic access
Most London clinics run a “Young Persons Clinic” and details of days and times can be found on the specific clinic’s website.
Please locate your local sexual health clinic. You do not need an appointment if you are under 18.
Clinics offer free and offer confidential access to information and advice on any sexual health issue as well as a full range of contraception, testing & treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and support for pregnancy options (including counselling and making arrangements for abortion or continuing pregnancy).
Confidentiality
Everything you tell us will be confidential and will not be discussed outside of the service. The only time we would tell anyone else about your contact with SHL would be if:
- You are under 18 and tell us about someone who has abused you sexually, physically or emotionally
- Your life is at serious risk
- You tell us about someone under 18 who is being abused
- Another person’s life is at risk
We will always attempt to discuss this with you first and give you all the support you need.
